Terms of service

These terms govern the use of streetvlt.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. The store is operated by StreetVLT, Jl. Raya Kelapa Kopyor CE2/6A, Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta 14240, Indonesia (we, us).

1. Products and authenticity

All products sold by StreetVLT are genuine articles sourced directly from the brand or its official distributor. StreetVLT does not sell replicas. Product photography is taken as accurately as possible, but colours may appear differently across screens, and manufacturers may make minor changes to materials, labelling or packaging between production runs.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. StreetVLT may change prices at any time; the price that applies to an order is the price displayed at the moment the order is placed.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. StreetVLT may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where the item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where payment cannot be verified, or where the order is suspected to be fraudulent or intended for resale in a way that conflicts with our agreements with the brands.

4. Stock accuracy

Stock is shared between this website, our physical store and our marketplace channels. In rare cases an item may sell out between the moment an order is placed and the moment it is packed. Where that happens StreetVLT will contact the customer to offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. StreetVLT does not receive or store card numbers or banking credentials. An order is only processed once payment is confirmed; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically once the payment window expires.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes apply only to eligible items and cannot be applied to items already reduced in our SALE collection unless expressly stated. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. StreetVLT may cancel orders where a discount code has been obtained or used improperly.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are courier estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside StreetVLT control, though we will assist in tracing any parcel that is delayed or lost. Full detail is set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Exchanges and returns

Size exchanges are available within 3 days of receipt under the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The StreetVLT name, logo, site content and photography are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy content systematically, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, StreetVLT liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. StreetVLT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the products sold through it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be settled in the courts of Jakarta.

13. Changes to these terms

StreetVLT may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time an order is placed is the version that applies to that order.
