How do I know my size?
Every product page has a Size Chart specific to that brand, because sizing moves a lot between labels — Korean brands in particular run smaller than you would expect. Still unsure? WhatsApp us your height and weight before you order and we will tell you which size to take.
What if the size does not fit?
Exchange it. The request needs to be made within 3 days of receiving the order, with the item unworn and tags intact. Full details on our Exchange & Return page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. After that it is typically 1–3 days for Jabodetabek and 2–5 days for the rest of Indonesia.
Can I get it today?
Yes, within Jabodetabek. Order before 7 PM and pick an instant courier at checkout — Gojek Instant arrives in 1–2 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, within Jabodetabek. Orders from Rp300.000 get the shipping cost covered up to Rp25.000, and orders above Rp1.000.000 up to Rp50.000. It is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. If a courier costing more than the covered amount is selected, only the difference is charged.
Is there a discount code?
Yes. On a first order, VLT15 takes 15% off — one use per customer. After that, VLT10 takes 10% off and can be used on every order, as often as you like. Both apply to regular-priced items only.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No. Discount codes apply to regular-priced items only. Pieces already reduced in the SALE collection are excluded.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets and credit or debit card — all handled securely through Xendit. Every available option appears after checkout.

Yes. StreetVLT — Jl. Raya Kelapa Kopyor CE2/6A, Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta 14240. Open 10.00–21.00 every day. Come try things on, get a size consult, or pick up an online order.
Can I pick up my online order?
Yes — choose Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will let you know when yours is.
