This policy explains what StreetVLT collects when you use streetvlt.com, why we collect it, and who else touches it. StreetVLT is based at Jl. Raya Kelapa Kopyor CE2/6A, Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta 14240, Indonesia.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
- Account information — if you create an account or sign up for our list: your email, and any details you add.
- Device and usage data — pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address. Collected through cookies and similar technology.
- Messages you send us — WhatsApp, email or the contact form, kept so we can help you with orders and sizing.
Why we use it
- To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to handle exchanges.
- To contact you about your order — confirmation, tracking, delays.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
- To send you drops, restocks and offers — only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe from any email, or just tell us on WhatsApp.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the services that make the store run:
- Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders.
- Xendit — processes payments. Card and banking details go directly to them.
- Biteship and the couriers (J&T, JNE, Gojek, Lalamove, Paxel and others) — receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver.
- Analytics and advertising tools — aggregated usage data to measure how the site and our ads perform.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by Indonesian law or by a lawful request from an authority.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and login working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — the cart and checkout in particular — will stop working properly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes under Indonesian law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices

Children
