StreetVLT wants the fit to be right. Streetwear sizing varies a lot between brands, so if a size is off we make the swap simple.

Size exchange

An item can be exchanged for a different size of the same product, subject to stock.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of the order being received. This applies to every brand we carry.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and still carry its original tags and packaging.
  • Shipping: the customer covers the cost of returning the item to StreetVLT. StreetVLT covers the cost of sending the replacement out.
  • If the requested size is no longer available, the customer may choose another item of the same value or take store credit.

Items that cannot be exchanged

For hygiene and authenticity reasons the following are not exchangeable unless they arrive defective: sale and clearance items, accessories, socks, headwear and eyewear.

Refunds

StreetVLT does not issue cash refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. Those are handled as a size exchange or store credit. A refund is issued only where an item arrives defective and no replacement is available, or where StreetVLT is unable to fulfil the order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Defective items

If an item arrives with a defect, the customer should contact StreetVLT within 3 days of receiving it, with photos of the item and the defect. StreetVLT will replace the item or resolve it at no cost to the customer, shipping included.

Wrong item sent

Where StreetVLT has sent the wrong item or size, StreetVLT arranges collection and sends the correct piece at no shipping cost to the customer.

Authenticity

Every piece sold by StreetVLT is sourced directly from the brand or its official distributor. Any customer with a question about the authenticity of a piece bought from StreetVLT is welcome to contact us and we will walk them through how to verify it.

How to start an exchange or return

Message StreetVLT on WhatsApp at +62 817-007-2029 with the order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the exchange and provide the return address. Items may also be brought to our Kelapa Gading store during opening hours, 10.00 to 21.00 daily.
